You would only need to sign in with password if you registered an account using Email.
To reset your password, please follow these steps:
1. Choose the Email Address sign in option.
2. Click the Forgot Password on the top right corner. Enter your Email Address and click next.
- If you don't remember which Email you signed up with, please contact support@socialradiocompany.com.
3. Check your email inbox for the confirmation code. Enter confirmation code to reset password.
Q. I didn’t get my verification code.
- Click Request a new code.
- Check spam mailbox.
- Please double check that you’ve typed in the correct Email Address and try it again.
- If you have tried the steps above but you're not receiving a code, it may be because you've created an account using a different method (Facebook, Twitter, or Google). Please try signing in using one of those methods.
